Ayesha Broadbent – Founder
Visionary leader and ex-corporate project manager, Ayesha turned her skills toward the serviced accommodation sector during COVID, reshaping the industry with Greenbed. She’s passionate about driving sustainability and setting new standards, connecting high-end clients with eco-conscious stays. Ayesha’s mission? To make Greenbed a leader in sustainable accommodation practices.
Samm Hama – Co-Founder & Head of Sales
With years of property management experience, Samm brings a hands-on approach to transforming properties and building relationships. From managing multi-million-pound developments to doubling rental incomes, Samm’s expertise drives Greenbed’s success. His focus is simple: deliver exceptional service to clients while making a positive impact in the property sector.
Arizona Hama – Co-Founder & Head of Operations
With a master’s in international business and a passion for sustainability, Arizona ensures Greenbed runs like clockwork. From her early days in corporate admin to co-leading Greenbed with her mum during COVID, she’s dedicated to creating a lasting impact. Arizona’s goal is to see Greenbed grow while making meaningful changes for the planet and its people.

Sustainability is a journey, and real change happens step-by-step. At Greenbed, we’re focused on making steady progress alongside our hosts and clients. While we’re still growing, we’re committed to helping our properties become greener and more efficient.
Here’s where we are now, and where we’re headed
Today:
We’re working with our host properties to improve their sustainability practices, aiming for a minimum energy rating of E or higher. While not every property currently meets our end goal, we’re actively guiding hosts to adopt eco-friendly solutions and helping them make continuous improvements.
Tomorrow:
We’re expanding our network of sustainable properties and offering support to hosts who are committed to meeting higher eco-standards. We’re implementing initiatives like using locally sourced materials and certified green products to raise the bar on sustainability.
The Big Picture:
By 2050, we aim to be a key player in the UK’s zero-carbon future. Our goal is to help half of our properties reduce their carbon footprint by 50%. Long-term, we’re working towards becoming a B Corp, solidifying our commitment to the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility.
